Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our prices are so low, and our products are of such high quality that we doubt that you would ever want to return but if you do so, please fill out our form below or email us at support@dethlabz.com.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return your product for any reason if you are unsatisfied with your product.  We will ask some feedback questions as we aim to constantly innovate, improve and produce high quality products for our customers. We will send you information on how to package, and send back your product to one of our warehouses. Condition of your product doesn't matter to us.

Refunds can take up to 15 business days depending on your method of payment although most refunds are successful after 3 to 5 business days.

We are a honest company that holds integrity at the very core of who we are. We can only afford to manufacture these products and sell them at such a low price by doing the right thing. We reserve the right to cancel any refund for any fraudulent reason. An example would be buying multiple of the same scent and product and asking for refund on those products. You may ask for one refund per scent of each product.
